AJ visited his new daycare today
AJ starts his new day care in two weeks. We went today to complete registration and have a tour. AJ was so excited. “Mom, they have so many toys!”
He was invited to sit down at a table in his classroom while they were doing an experiment and joined right in with counting and answering questions. I was really proud of him. He didn’t want to leave and had a big crying fit when I dropped him off at his normal daycare (an in-home, rather than center-based daycare.) He does usually do that, so I don’t think it was a big deal, but he is definitely looking forward to his new “school”! They use the Creative Curriculum. I think it’s really going to be a good fit for him and I’m very pleased with our choice.
