Osteo-arthritis
I was diagnosed with osteo-arthritis in my knees a few weeks ago. I am supposed to have cartilage-replacement injections in a few weeks. Until then, I’m trying osteo-biflex. We’ll see how it works. Maybe I can avoid the shots for a while.
If you have any experience, I’d love to hear what you’ve done.
